Training START (Live)

The "Start" training is specially designed for entrepreneurs, merchants and project leaders wishing to discover the PrestaShop solution and embark on e-commerce. By alternating theory and practice, this training accompanies you step by step in the creation and online production of your online store.

Through concrete practical cases, you will learn how to structure your product catalogue, configure your means of payment and carriers, and customise the appearance of your site so that it perfectly reflects your brand. At the end of the training, you will be able to manage your shop independently and start selling your products online.

What you will learn during the training:

• Create your e-commerce site: Discover the essential steps to design your online store with PrestaShop, from initial configuration to online.

• Master the features of PrestaShop: Learn how to use the integrated tools to manage your product catalogue, orders, customers and statistics.

• Organise the content and structure of your store: Structure your categories, add optimised product descriptions and highlight your promotions to offer an optimal customer experience.

• Configure your payment methods and carriers: Set up payment options (CB, PayPal, etc.) and delivery solutions adapted to your needs (packages, relay points, etc.).

• Put your store online: Finalise the last settings to make your site operational and accessible to your customers.

• Manage and develop your business: Discover good practises to track your sales, analyse your performance and evolve your shop over time.

• Final MCQ test at the end of training.

• Intermediate evaluations throughout the session to strengthen your learning.

• You are already working on a PrestaShop store (version 1.7 or higher) or plan to open one soon.

• You want to become autonomous quickly in the use of PrestaShop software.

• A prior interview with the disability referent can be organised to adapt the access procedures if necessary.

Prerequisite:

• Knowledge of the basics of e-commerce (products, taxes, carriers, etc.) is recommended.

• No technical skills are required.

• Your store must be configured in version 1.7 (or higher).

Training format:

• Duration: 6 hours spread over a day or two half-days.

• Teaching method: Active and participatory approach, with live demonstrations, practical exercises and concrete cases for immediate application.
