The PrestaShop team will help you install your store on the server of your choice, and install your theme on your online store, so you can launch your ecommerce business quickly and easily.



The  start-up help offer includes:

  • Installation of your PrestaShop store on the server of your choice
  • Installation of your theme on your store



Prerequisites:

Before subscribing to the Quick Start offer, you must have subscribed to:

  • The purchase of a hosting package. To get started, we recommend the “Pro” offer from our partner 1&1 Ionos.
  • The purchase of a valid domain name (usually included in your hosting offer).



By subscribing to the Start-Up Help offer you agree to provide our Support team with the following items: 

  • FTP access (communicated in your hosting package)
  • Access to your database
  • URL of your PrestaShop store



Start-up Help does not include:

  • Server configuration
  • Domain name and hosting management
  • Development and integration of a specific graphic charter for your PrestaShop store
  • Installing modules on your store
  • Configuration of your theme
  • Specific interventions on PrestaShop software



Installing your theme:

Your theme must have been purchased from the PrestaShop Addons marketplace. You will be asked for an order number to verify the validity of your purchase. 

If you have purchased the e-commerce Starter Pack, the theme “Movic” is already included in this offer.



All our technical support offers are enhanced by using Assistance By PrestaShop, making it easier for you to manage your store.

Once you have purchased this offer, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your product with our support team, who will respond within 24 hours. Our team is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Support is provided by phone in FR, ES, IT and EN and in writing in all languages.
