  • SVN versions (under development).
  • Interventions on a solution whose core has been modified by the customer.
  • Specific developments that the customer wishes to add.
  • Development and integration of a graphic charter or theme.
  • User training
  • Version updates
  • On-site trips
  • Store installation



The purchase of a PrestaShop support plan must be preceded by an analysis provided by the purchase of a diagnostic ticket. The diagnostic will be reimbursed at the time of the purchase of a support plan recommended on the report. Any purchase of a support plan without a prior diagnostic ticket will be refunded to you. 

All our technical support offers are enhanced by using Assistance By PrestaShop, making it easier for you to take care of your store.  

Once you have purchased this offer, you will receive an email with instructions on how to activate your product with our support team, who will respond within 24 hours. Our team is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Support is provided by phone in FR, ES, IT and EN and in writing in all languages.
